Star Fitness
Star Fitness is a private, personal training business that caters to all of your health & fitness needs. Star Fitness is a one-on-one training session for clients that want to exercise in a more private atmosphere.

Eden's Total Fitness Program specifically targets weight loss and overall physical health. The program takes just 1 hour a day for only 3 days a week. With each workout you will receive diet and nutrition tips, a 30 minute cardiovascular session and a 30 minute weight training session.
